RETURNS
- If you’re not completely satisfied with our products, you can return eligible Aquagirl items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Please note that custom pieces and items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return.
- All returns must follow the conditions outlined in our policy; otherwise, the items will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
What’s the return process?
- Initiate a return by emailing aqugirlco@gmail.com.
- All returns are sent to our warehouse in Hong Kong. We’ll generate a prepaid return label for you, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling.
- Once your return has arrived and been checked, we’ll issue your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days and will appear on your original payment method (minus the return shipping fee).
